PROJECT GOAL<\/strong><\/h2>

The goal of the project is to establish an energy- and resource-efficient economy by promoting the effective use of resources, increasing the use of renewable energy sources, and reducing CO2 emissions.<\/p>

PROJECT DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h2>

The project Transition to an Energy and Resource-Efficient Economy of the \"STIPE LUCI\u0106 KAMENARSKI CENTAR I KLESARSTVO\" includes the implementation of two types of activities to increase energy and resource efficiency: the introduction of a new granite slab polishing line and the installation of a photovoltaic power plant. By implementing this project, the amount of delivered energy will be reduced by 62.58%, and resource savings in production per unit of product will be 6.05%. The realization of the project will have a positive impact on the project's target groups \u2013 the owners and employees of the company, and the benefits of the project\u2019s effects will extend to both the local and broader communities.<\/p>

Expert support and consultancy in project preparation and implementation are provided by the company EPSIM d.o.o.<\/p>

THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:<\/strong><\/h2>

  1. Investment in promoting renewable energy sources, renewable hydrogen, and high-efficiency cogeneration (GBER Article 41),<\/p><\/li>

  2. Investment in efficient resource use and supporting the transition to a circular economy (GBER Article 47),<\/p><\/li>

  3. Project management,<\/p><\/li>

  4. Promotion and visibility.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT WILL ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING RESULTS:<\/strong><\/h2>

    1. Construction and commissioning of a photovoltaic power plant (renewable energy),<\/p><\/li>

    2. Acquisition of a new granite slab polishing line,<\/p><\/li>

    3. Successful project implementation with all necessary documentation and reports submitted,<\/p><\/li>

    4. Project visibility secured.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT WILL ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING INDICATORS:<\/strong><\/h2>

      1. Increase in employment in supported enterprises \u2013 5,<\/p><\/li>

      2. Private investments equal to public support \u2013 229,629.29 EUR,<\/p><\/li>

      3. Amount of renewable energy in gross final energy consumption \u2013 124.56,<\/p><\/li>

      4. Reduction in greenhouse gas emissions through CO2 reduction \u2013 -22.86,<\/p><\/li>

      5. Resource savings in production per unit \u2013 -221.82,<\/p><\/li>

      6. Savings in annual primary energy consumption \u2013 232.06,<\/p><\/li>

      7. Additional operational capacity for renewable energy \u2013 0.16,<\/p><\/li>

      8. Supported enterprises \u2013 1.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
